Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

At Gol Travels, we value our customers and aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy. Please carefully review the following conditions:

Conditions on Cancellation by the Customer:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • For cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure, a cancellation charge of 10% will be deducted from the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made between 29th to 7th days before the departure will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled departure.

Conditions on Cancellation by Gol Travels:

  • In the event that we need to cancel the scheduled service due to unfavourable weather conditions or unexpected technical faults, we will provide a 100% refund.
  • Please note that we will not be liable for any additional damages or claims beyond the refund of the amount paid for the booking.

Refund Policy

The following terms apply to refunds for cancelled bookings:

  • In the case of cancellations made by the customer within the specified timeframes, the refund amount will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking.
  • For cancellations due to unfavourable weather conditions or technical faults from our side, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
  • It is important to note that no damages or claims, other than the refund amount, will be payable in such cases.

We recommend that customers review their bookings carefully and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
